  I just went in for a quick pick me up as I haven’t been having an easy pregnancy, just wanted something small and I hate hate hate strawberries but baby wanted some. When I went in I was a little nervous about prices but pretty quickly realized it’s an edible arrangement store not just chocolate covered strawberries. The lovely lady that helped me gave me different options for pricing and a simple cup of chocolate covered strawberries is what I walked out with about 10$ which personally I don’t think is bad at all. I really appreciate her because I was a bit uneasy hearing the initial price but her seeing my uneasiness she found a solution without being negative in any way. Mom is happy, baby is happy and I rarely make reviews but I really enjoyed her beautiful energy.

  Never received my order. No one answered the phone, then was told it was a phone issue. Couldn't provide a photo of proof of the delivery so they offered to re deliver but then forgot to put in the order the second time. Needless to say never got it, can't get my refund until Monday between 11 and 2 and that's if I catch the manager and someone actually answers the phone

  Nothing says “Happy Mother’s Day” quite like opening a fruit arrangement and finding mold. When we contacted the store, we were told refunds weren’t possible, customer service didn’t exist, and there was essentially nothing that could be done but a credit.. no thanks I don’t want moldy fruit again. Funny enough, a quick Google search proved otherwise. After reaching out through corporate channels, we were able to get the refund that supposedly couldn’t happen. So my review isn’t really about the moldy fruit, mistakes happen. It’s about being told there was no solution when there absolutely was one. For anyone reading this: if you’re told “no,” do a little research before giving up. Apparently customer service exists after all.

  I’m extremely disappointed with my Mother’s Day order from Edible Arrangements. My husband spent over $140 on a fruit arrangement that arrived in terrible condition. The fruit was mushy, the chocolate had completely melted off, and there was nasty water sitting in the bottom of the tray. The whole arrangement looked nothing like what was expected for such an expensive gift. What makes this even more frustrating is that we’ve tried contacting customer service multiple times and have received no response at all. For the amount of money spent, the quality and customer service were unacceptable. Definitely not worth the price, and sadly this felt like $140 down the drain. I would not recommend ordering from here for special occasions.
