  I wish I would have read the reviews before ordering from this location. I am incredibly disappointed with my experience with the Murray, UT Edible Arrangements. Im from Kansas City and have never had these issues before. I ordered a fall box mixture for my daughter in Utah when she was having a bad day. It had sam day delivery so I went for that. She received it in the afternoon and sent me a-picture of 6 chocolate strawberries, which is obviously not what I had ordered. I called the store immediately and spoke with the manager. She admitted to seeing the mistake and would send the correct box with their 'next delivery' She didn't specify what that meant but with it already being later afternoon I assumed most likely the next day, which would have been a Thursday. Thursday no arrangement arrived. I thought ok, maybe Friday, nothing came. I called the store on Monday again asking what had happened and spoke to a nice young man. He told me he couldn't do anything about it but would leave a note on the managers desk to call me back when she got in. I never heard back. I called again Thursday and spoke to the manager and she said at this point they would just refund my money. That was Sept 16th. She told me it would take 5-10 business days. Oct 1st I called AGAIN because there has been no refund received. These are NOT cheap and I refuse to pay $70 for 6 strawberries! When I called on October 1st, I spoke with an employee who was speaking to the manager for me(apparently she could not come to the phone herself)... she claims the manager said that the refund must have not 'been approved by corporate' and she would have to call them to push it thru and if its not there by Friday to call back on Monday. Well here we are, Monday, no refund, no food and one very disappointed customer. It's insane to me that 'corporate' would have to refund every single time but it is also ridiculous to think it has been almost a month and this issue is still not resolved. I will never recommend this location, and im honestly hestitant to use any edible arrangements at this point.

  I’ve had the pleasure of coming here and was met with hospitality and care! These guys are awesome and have very delicious fruits!

  Didn’t deliver . No reponses from customer service . Don’t waste your time and money , this is so expensive anyway and now a days you can order so many things on DoorDash or Instacart that will guarantee deliver at a certain time window. Will never use edible again
