  Had such a great experience at Downeast at Fashion Place Mall! Brenda, the manager, and Alana went above and beyond with their kindness, professionalism, and customer service. They were incredibly welcoming and genuinely helpful from the moment I walked in. The store was also spotless, organized, and such a pleasant place to shop. It’s rare to find a team that makes customers feel this valued. Thank you both for making my visit such a positive experience. I’ll definitely be back!
