  One of the employees was very rude. Instead of speaking to me respectfully, he raised his voice. He had a problem with me placing my items on a couch, where I had set them down for a few minutes while I folded my clothes. If customers are not allowed to place items on the couches, please put up a sign so people are aware of the policy.

  It took forever to get acknowledged about a question I had & a few people passed by me a few times. Finally I sorta loudly & visually made it clear I had a question. Than I had to sorta I felt almost beg to get my question acknowledged & help sorting it out. There were a ton of employees & the guy that helped me wass not rude I think he might just have not known the answer for me, & whomever he was consulting with in the back didn't seem to be much help to him or I. So I dont want to say he was rude or not helpful It could have possibly been just that he wasnt sure exactly how to answer my question & whomever in the back rm. Wasn't willing to come out & help.
