  Terrible customer service by the staff at the register. I had online items bought from AE online that I took to this store to return. Because some of items had Aerie tags on them, I was told that they would not be able to process my return and that I had to go to the Aerie store inside the mall in order to process the return. The online receipt specifically stated that all online items can be returned to ANY AE or Aerie store, no stipulation that if there is an Aerie store inside the same mall that items must be returned there. The people at the register were rude and extremely unhelpful.

  Customer experience service tonight was absolutely horrendous. We showed up unknowingly 10 minutes before the store closed and everyone (the manager included) could not have been possibly more rude about how inconveniences she was feeling that we were there. She glared at us until we left. She did not help find the size that we were looking for for my nine year-old who left in tears. This manager should be fired. I have spent 10+ years in retail customer service and this store has 100% missed the mark on training its staff as to basic customer service points. Embarrassing.

  They failed to follow their own return policy. Furthermore, the staff displayed a mocking attitude with smirks and treated me with racial discrimination
