I recently went here and picked out my future engagement ring with my boyfriend. Every time weve gone to settle details, the people here were so kind and so helpful! Nevin was my sales rep and he was the best one I couldve asked for. He was extremely educated and extremely helpful, no matter what questions or requests I had. I 1000% recommend Shane Co. as your jeweler company and I 1000% recommend you ask for Nevin when you go in (only if you want top notch service 😉)!

JoAnn is a pleasure to work with! She has helped us both times once for the engagement ring and most recently helping us choose our wedding bands. She even remembered us from 4 years ago! She's a true gem at this location!

Wow! I came in to get links removed from 2 new watches I didn't buy from Shane Co. Carlos was insanely professional. Being a COO, I was so impressed with his courtesy, kindness, and overall service that I will Never visit another jewelery store and if I happen to visit this location and he has the day off, I'll come back. Shane Co., we'll done! More over, I would like to mention that all of the staff was on point and so happy to help.
