  Jamal is fantastic! His energy is 💯! We had an amazing sales experience with him. I came in without any idea of what I wanted and he was so patient with teaching me and helping me find what I liked. If you want a great selection, amazing warranty, and excellent prices go to Shane co! If you want a knowledgeable, friendly, not pushy salesmen ASK FOR JAMAL!!!

  Worst experience ever!!!!! I will never go back! First off the girl that was helping me stopped in the middle of helping me to help someone else because they had a bigger purchase. Then I just needed a resizing and instead they wanted to rechannel all the diamonds and replace some of the diamonds in the ring. I just asked for a quote for a resizing and came back with all these other things and told me that it is an all or nothing store and showed me the quote. I then asked her, “So I can’t choose what I want done?” and she said “no”. I can’t believe that I can’t choose what I wanted done and was treated so poorly! They were awful! Once again I will never go back or recommend them.

  We had an excellent experience shopping for my husband’s wedding band. The employee who helped Jamaal, us was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all of our questions and helped us find the perfect ring without making us feel rushed. What impressed us most was how busy he was—he was assisting multiple customers at the same time, yet he remained attentive, professional, and friendly to everyone. Despite juggling so many demands, he kept a smile on his face and made each customer feel valued. Customer service like this is rare, and it truly made our experience memorable. We are so grateful for his help and would highly recommend this store because of employees like him! Thank you for making such an important purchase such a positive experience.

  Anna and Annie are possibly the best dream team to ask for when it came to finding the band for my wedding ring. Life-long decisions like this are stressful, but these two were there to just let me bounce ideas off of them, ask questions, and there wasn’t a moment I felt I couldn’t ask for their help or change my mind! They both even made sure since they wouldn’t be there for our pick-up, that EVERYTHING was still going to be taken care of. Options were given, and they worked alongside us truly making it feel like they just wanted us to leave 100% positive and confident in our choice. 11/10 recommend if you want professional, kind, and someone who goes above and beyond for YOU. Thanks girls!!

  After nearly 20 years, my original wedding set needed to be recast by Shane Co.’s central office. Unfortunately, when it returned, it no longer looked like the ring I had loved and worn. Since we no longer live near a Shane Co. store, we made the trip to the Midvale location—and I can genuinely say it is the VERY best store in the Shane Co. family. One of the worst parts of jewelry shopping or repairs can be how rushed, pressured, or transactional the experience feels. That could not have been further from our experience in Midvale. If you visit, ask for Gabi. She is not only an exceptional sales associate, but one of the kindest and most genuine people you could hope to work with. She listened carefully to my concerns, never rushed the process, and treated my ring as though it were her own. Gabi worked tirelessly alongside Tyrell, the bench jeweler, to restore my halo ring to its original beauty. Tyrell’s craftsmanship, attention to detail, and artistry are truly remarkable. He understood exactly what made my original ring special and was able to bring it back to life in a way I honestly wasn’t sure was possible. This experience reminded me why we chose Shane Co. nearly two decades ago. Their slogan says, “You’ve got a friend in the jewelry business,” and thanks to Gabi and Tyrell, that promise feels absolutely true even after all these years.
