Zander is my goat fr. He was so helpful getting an engagement ring that I thought about proposing to him instead right there at the counter.

Shane Co. is awesome! Danielle helped me pick out an engagement ring and she was fantastic. Very lively and made the experience fun and gave me great ideas and information to help me make the best decision possible. I will always recommend Shane Co. moving forward because they made the process so easy and enjoyable.

I came here with my boyfriend one afternoon and unfortunately didn’t have a good experience. For one, the lighting was awful… truly so bad that we could barely see the rings in the cases unless we got down to the rings level and stared at them really closely. The employee who helped us was incredibly disengaged, avoided eye contact, and just overall not great. He asked what I didn’t like and what I liked in rings so he could bring some out to show me. I said I don’t like thin bands, leafy designs, swirly designs and dainty things. He then brings out only those things…. I was impressed how he only brought out the things I didn’t like. We were not happy with the whole thing. It felt very casual, like a giant chain who doesn’t care about their customers, and we just overall didn’t connect with the employee who helped us at all. The experience was not good at all.

Truly terrible customer service. I bought my wife an engagement ring a few years ago and now need to buy a matching wedding band. They have the matching band on their site. It shows as not available so I contacted customer service to see when it would be available. They told me they no longer work with the designer of the ring and could not order it. I requested contact information for the designer so that I could order the ring directly through them. Shane Co said they can not provide that information. Now my wife has an engagement ring that we cannot find a matching wedding band for. The engagement ring means so much to my wife and now we have to go start over. Do not buy from Shane Co if you expect customer support.

I'd leave less than 1 star if I could. My experience here was awful. I am a waitress, a mother, obviously not rich by any means but, I had been saving for a while to get my boyfriend a necklace and bracelet chain combo. Or even just the necklace as I understood that I had a limit on price. I looked at a few places and on your website I found several things that were in my price range. The day for shopping came and unfortunately, this was my first stop. There were reasons, I seen something I could afford that would make my partner feel loved and appreciated and I was so excited to see it and more than likely purchase it. However, the face of the lady changed the second I told her I could spend between $300-$500. She became visibly annoyed. She said "we don't have what your looking for in THAT price range." I continued although embarrassed at this point to show her what I seen on the website her words were "I do not have time to show you clearanced items, they aren't for showing, you can buy it but, I don't have time to show it and I don't even know if we have it." I was in shock, embarrassed, wanted to cry, and was just angry at how rude she was to me. When I asked if she had a way to check she said "maybe walmart or like target will have what you're looking for" and walked away to another customer. I obviously wasn't worth her or this companies time. I left so quick I didn't even think to get a name, she was a little taller than me I am 5'8" bleached blonde hair, and I'd say in her mid 50's. I cried in my car, afraid to even try another jewelry store but, this man is worth any discomfort another jewelry may put me in. So I went to a Kay Jewelers and was immediately greeted with kindness. Told them (reluctantly) what my spending limit was, what I was looking for, and he spent a whole hour showing me things, answering questions, and found me exactly what I wanted without pushing me to my limit of 500, he saved me $150 of that happily, and now they have a loyal customer where you could have. I came back and bought a watch from them for him. They're amazing, he was beyond helpful and couldn't believe how I was treated prior, and because of your employee who treats regular people like they aren't welcome and tried to send me, a paying customer, buying jewelry for a man for the first time ever, to a target or walmart instead, and I will never feel comfortable stepping foot into a Shane co ever again. You're company as whole probably doesn't deserve this rating but, that one employee should not work there. I am waitress and serve homeless people sometimes and I would never treat anyone coming into that restaurant like they aren't welcome there. So unprofessional, so beyond rude, I just can't even believe it still.
