  I went in looking for some fishing gear. There was some pricing issues. Another associate (or so I thought) walked past and asked if he could help. He listened to me, like actually listened and cared. He let me talk out my frustrations with the situation and then helped make the situation right. I remember his name tag said “Spud” on it and he laughed and told me it was a nickname and his real name was Hayden. We got to talking and I asked if I could speak with a manager to give him credit for his help and he told me he was the assistant manager. My mind was blown that an assistant manager over heard a tough situation and cared enough to intervene AND fix it. I will return to this store because of how Hayden treated me. I hope he sees this and his manager sees this as well. I will be telling everyone around me to go see him and the store he helps manage!

  We just had the BEST experience with Hayden and Jared. Hayden AKA Spud helped us for quite a while finding the perfect fishing setup and was the sweetest human ever. This is by far the best experience we've had at any Sports store.

  Always a go-to for camping gear, specifically fishing stuff but good for anything outdoors and almost always have what I need, plus maybe a few things I didn't know I needed but ended up with anyway.

  Purchased a savage rifle from their online storefront and had shipped to this location for pick up. After over a week from purchase the item received was defective out of the box with a manufacturer defective. The associate here claimed this is a known issue and has happened with this excact particular model of savage rifle at this location multiple times prior to mine. Which begs the question why it hasn't been resolved? The only options I have since they don't have this instock at this location is to refund the item, or wait for a replacement. And of course its the weekend. So I'm now stuck waiting over half a month or longer for this to resolve itself because this known issue hasn't been resolved but instead cast onto me the customer. If you're associates are aware that an entire lineup of rifles have a defect why are you letting the customer be the ones to roll the dice on their purchase and stuck dealing with it instead of resolving internally with your supplier savage arms who sold a batch of defective product before it reaches the hands of your customers? Was told this would be expedited and sent to me ASAP to make up for the inconvenience. It took the same amount of time for the replacement as the original. I was told by 3 individual associates, from both online and this location, that i would be emailed with an updated tracking number which I never was. Im grateful the associate here caught the issue, but annoyed sportsmans warehouse allows it to remain an issue and wasting the time and money of their customers allowing an item with a known manufacturer defect to remain open to buy instead of resolving the issue or even pulling it from inventory.
