Horrible experience, September 22, 2026. My 89 year old mother had to return a purse that was bought for her. My mother didn't like the fit. I took half day off to take her to return the purse, however the associate said she could not return the purse without the credit card that bought the purse?? We had the receipt. Exchange, okay then she said because the price tag was removed her hand were tie. The associate was horrible with customer service/ experience. I have never experienced that at a higher end company. Mind you All A Dollar did an exchange without a receipt and or price tags. Horrible experience. Definitely not shopping at Michael Khors again, if ever.
