There are so many different aspects of Cabela’s, shopping here is truly an adventure. The staff that I talked to were very friendly, and found the thing I was looking for super fast. It’s around 30 minutes from SLC, but definitely worth the drive in my opinion

I didn't think asking a question about a product would actually take this amount of time. Doesn't feel like they actually want you to buy their products. I will say a setup of their calling tree is one of the more hilarious things I've ever heard.

The wait times are consistently long, even when the store appears to be quiet. What’s more concerning is the attitude of the staff at the customer service / pickup counter — it often feels dismissive and unwelcoming, which is not what I expect from a Bass Pro Shops brand. This is not a one-time issue. I’ve come in for pickup several times, and the experience has been the same each time: slow service, lack of urgency, and poor customer interaction. If the team is understaffed, that’s understandable — but if employees are simply unwilling to provide basic customer service, that’s a bigger problem. Customers shouldn’t feel like they’re inconveniencing staff just by picking up an order. I hope management takes a serious look at this location’s customer service operations, because it’s far below the standard associated with the brand.
