- KSKate S2 days ago5.0We were so surprised and excited to discover there’s an Ariat store at the outlets in Utah! We had been debating on getting some Ariat boots for our kids but weren’t sure about sizing, so being able to go in and have them try on different sizes was incredibly helpful. We also ended up saving 25% because we purchased multiple pairs, which was a discount we wouldn’t have gotten through the website where we originally planned to buy them. To top it off, we felt terrible because we didn’t realize the store was there and showed up only about 15 minutes before closing. The employees were so kind and welcoming and let us take our time trying on a few different sizes for our kids. They never made us feel rushed or like we were inconveniencing them. Such a great experience, and we’ll definitely be back! It’s so nice to have an Ariat store nearby, especially for kids’ boots where sizing can be tricky.

- KFKurtis FSep 6, 20265.0My family and I had a wonderful experience at the Ariat outlet store in Lehi because of Jaz and Sophia. All the FR work shirts that I was looking to purchase were not my size. Jaz went the extra step and helped me reach out to Ariat partner stores that did have my size. I am so grateful for the time and effort she put into this. My wife on the other side of the store was looking for a specific style boot but was unable to find her size on the racks. Sophia put in extra care and effort to help her find the correct size. She ended up finding the perfect size at the very top of the shelf. The whole experience at this outlet branch deserves a 10 star review.

- VEVictoria EveAug 10, 20261.0My family and I had an extremely unprofessional and unwelcoming experience with an employee named Jaz on August 9th. We were visiting from out of town, and upon entering the store, we noticed it was a complete mess; items were disorganized and hard to find. When I asked Jaz for a different size boot, she rolled her eyes and walked away to find the size as if she was bothered to assist us. Her behavior was super unprofessional and rude, definitely not the experience I was expecting do not waste your time visiting this location
