We were visiting from out of town, and upon entering the store, we noticed it was a complete mess; items were disorganized and hard to find. When I asked Jaz for a different size boot, she rolled her eyes and walked away to find the size as if she was bothered to assist us. Her behavior was super unprofessional and rude, definitely not the experience I was expecting do not waste your time visiting this location

I went in on a Friday afternoon and had a simple question, so I asked an employee who was folding jeans. Instead of helping, a team lead stepped in and was rude and didn’t even address what I was asking. To make matters worse, I overheard another employee speaking negatively about the girl who was trying to help me. That kind of behavior is completely unprofessional. I won’t be returning or giving this place my business again.
