Recent reviews (Trustpilot, ConsumerAffairs, Reddit, Instagram) frequently mention: • Packages stuck on “label created,” “awaiting carrier pickup,” or no movement for days/weeks. • Carriers involved include Amazon Shipping, TForce, FedEx, USPS, and occasionally DoorDash for same-day. • Delays with Amazon Shipping specifically (orders split across carriers; some packages sit for 1–2+ weeks). • Customer service responses that require waiting the full 14 days, limited communication, or difficulty getting refunds/reships while items are still “in transit.” • Issues more noticeable during sales, holidays, or high-volume periods; some expedited orders also delayed at the warehouse stage.

I bought two pair of jeans. The jeans had a wash. After I wore the first pair, I noticed they had what looked like bleach droplets on the lower pant leg. I assumed I spilled something on them and put them in the clothes hamper. I put the second pair on and noticed they had the same bleach spots. I took the jeans back to American Eagle. I was told that was the design for that color but none of the other colors had the same spots on the lower pant legs. The sales clerk said since I had worn them, I could trade the jeans in and receive $10 each to be applied to new jeans. I left the jeans without buying new jeans because I didn’t want the jeans with the droplets. I am out the money but it’s more the principle. I will never again do business with American Eagle.
