- GMGabby MilneMar 19, 20261.0I’m really disappointed with both the quality of the jeans I got and the store’s customer service. My first pair had a back pocket starting to rip, and the replacement pair ripped near the zipper after just one wear—only worn for a quick grocery trip. When I tried to return the second pair, even with a receipt, I was told that because the tags were removed, my only option was to donate them for $10 off a new pair. After paying $60 for jeans that fell apart twice, that response felt really dismissive. Between the poor product quality and the lack of support from the store, I wouldn’t recommend shopping here. Save yourself the time and money.
