  I visited on the evening of 7/20. As soon as I walked toward the back the two associates, who were speaking normally when we walked in, started speaking in very hushed tones. I was with my kids looking for back to school shoes and the associates were standing right in front of the kids shoes. I started to walk over there and the associates did not budge. They ignored us and continued their conversation all while standing in between us and the shoes we were trying to look at. I've never had any issues here before which is why I gave a 3 star rating. So hopefully next time we decide to go we are actually able to browse the shoes.

  terrible company with terrible employees that don’t know the rules. Manager was extremely rude about an exchange and not helpful at all. 0/10 never recommend shopping here at any point in your lifetime

  Didn't find what we wanted. The staff that helped us did not seem interested, sounded bored, and truly not great customer service. The staff was too busy looking at others or making their own conversations than helping customers. Truly disappointing.
