  Reviews are always hit and miss right? Depends on the day? A few folks on here reviewing the brand itself but this is store specific. I’ve been wearing vans for 25 years, from my skater punk days to my professional career. You either like the shoes or you don’t. 8/29 I visited the store to buy another pair of my usuals. Staff was great. Not overly bothersome, or trying to sell me but asked if I needed help, got me the sizes i wanted. (What more can you seriously expect from a mall store lol). Got what I needed, went to check out and I had read the signage wrong about a sale. Despite my screw up, they were cool enough to honor the deal. 10/10 from this store. Sincerely appreciate the interaction with the employees and was happy walking out with the shoes.

  If I could 0 stars I would. Absolute most horrible experience I’ve ever had at a store. Please review your camera footage from 1:45-2:10pm 09-07-26. No employees in sight and when found they were in the back just talking up a storm. I as well as 3 other customers walked out as their conversation was much more important than work. DO BETTER.

  Visited yesterday and had really great customer service. I didn’t get the name of the person helping my husband but they were helpful and even honored the 50% off sale on a shoe that wasn’t included in the sale. We appreciated it and are going to continue to be lifelong Vans wearers!

  I visited on the evening of 7/20. As soon as I walked toward the back the two associates, who were speaking normally when we walked in, started speaking in very hushed tones. I was with my kids looking for back to school shoes and the associates were standing right in front of the kids shoes. I started to walk over there and the associates did not budge. They ignored us and continued their conversation all while standing in between us and the shoes we were trying to look at. I've never had any issues here before which is why I gave a 3 star rating. So hopefully next time we decide to go we are actually able to browse the shoes.

  terrible company with terrible employees that don’t know the rules. Manager was extremely rude about an exchange and not helpful at all. 0/10 never recommend shopping here at any point in your lifetime
