I called your location and asked if they took plus size clothing. They said they did. Most of the stuff I had still had tags and was bought from Torrid which is an expensive store. Not even 5 min after I left I got a text back. I had brought 2 very large tubs of clothes in. They wanted 2 items. As I walked in and told them my name two of the girls gave each other a knowing look and rolled their eyes at me. There’s no way they looked through everything. Most of the clothes I brought were bought 2 mths ago. They were definitely in style. I lost 80 lbs in the last year otherwise I would’ve kept them. And I realize a lot of plus size pants look bad until they’re tried on and then they look trendy and cute. I would suggest your shop not say you take plus size clothing. The girls also acted annoyed that I didn’t want to donate the 2 big tubs of clothes they weren’t interested in. I don’t expect everybody to like my stuff Irealize you can’t pay retail price. There was a bad energy there, I felt your employees were rude, and a lot of the items I saw for sell in your store were awful and a few had stains. . Next time I’ll just donate my items to a woman’s shelter where I’m sure they’ll be appreciated

I love this location of Plato’s closet! I have been to so many in Utah and this is by far the best one. I willingly drive over an hour to come and sell here. They are the best!!

I used to love this store, but over the last couple of years, it has gone downhill. I left two storage bins—one filled to the brim and one half full—with name-brand clothing (Nike, PacSun, Aeropostale, American Eagle, etc.). Some items still had tags. I’ve sold at this store before, so I was expecting at least something. However, even in the past, they only gave me a couple of bucks for multiple clothes, while one shirt at the store that’s name-brand costs around $20. They were busy, so they said going through my clothes would take an hour or two, which I was fine with. I got a text an hour later saying they couldn’t take anything. When I came to see my clothes, they said I could dump them out on the ground. As I was dumping them onto the floor, I realized that one of the containers hadn’t even been touched. I had folded every item and placed it nicely in the bin, and all of it was left exactly as I left it. I’m honestly pissed and disappointed. They say they donate all the clothes to children in need, so I decided to leave my clothes there, but I honestly wouldn’t be surprised if they stashed some or all for themselves. I’d highly recommend selling your clothes somewhere else. (Iconoclad or Uptown Cheapskate)

This is definitely the best Plato’s closest that I have shopped at. Every thing is reasonably priced and I will always find something cute! Workers are always lively and seem like they love working together!
