They looked nice at first glance, but it was clear they weren’t fresh—most of the roses were already fully opened when they arrived, which isn’t what you expect from a fresh delivery. By the very next day, the pink roses were already drooping badly. For something meant to be special and long-lasting, this was a letdown. I expected better quality and freshness from Jimmy's. For context, I did try calling the store four times. On the first call I was told the manager was out of the office, so I called back later. On the next three attempts, no one answered the phone, which is why I wasn’t able to resolve this directly.
