  5.20.26 my son graduates from high school on 5.21. Do you think he was prepared with his nice clothes for the graduation ceremony...no! So I had to go to JcPenny and get three pairs of pants and take them to the baseball park for him to try on, because he's an umpire, and he's working until 930pm on the night before he graduates! When I got to the register the customer in front of me was waiting since that register froze. The next clerk took us to a different register and with fingers crossed, it work and i was out of there and drove to the park, so that he can try them on in the equipment room. That lady in front of me was still waiting. One of the three fit, so all was good. Thanks JcPenny for keeping my son clothed for graduation, and out of hot water. Now, I have to return the other two pairs.

  I’ve been coming here for years getting a perm on the top and a fade on the sides, and every single time it somehow gets worse. My hair is completely wrecked after every visit. They leave the chemicals in way too long and it literally fries my hair. I get home and it starts falling out, tangling into nasty clumps like it’s been destroyed. And somehow they still can’t follow basic instructions. I asked for the perm on the TOP only, but now I’ve got like 3 inches down the sides that are permed for no reason. Then I asked for a blowout taper in the back. Tell me why the back of my head is basically shaved down to the scalp. On top of that, they can never even get the cut right in general. It doesn’t matter how clear I am, they still mess it up every time. At this point it feels like they have no idea what they’re doing, and I’m the one stuck dealing with damaged hair and a messed up cut every single time.

  Liberty helped me out with other a small issue I had with my earrings, she was very respectful and helped me quickly.

  I'd like to thank the older Latina lady at the head counter. I went into exchange some pants I had bought for an interview that I have, and she was very helpful and kind. Again,I'd like to apologize for the dog hair. She was fantastic!
