    I’ve been coming here for years getting a perm on the top and a fade on the sides, and every single time it somehow gets worse. My hair is completely wrecked after every visit. They leave the chemicals in way too long and it literally fries my hair. I get home and it starts falling out, tangling into nasty clumps like it’s been destroyed. And somehow they still can’t follow basic instructions. I asked for the perm on the TOP only, but now I’ve got like 3 inches down the sides that are permed for no reason. Then I asked for a blowout taper in the back. Tell me why the back of my head is basically shaved down to the scalp. On top of that, they can never even get the cut right in general. It doesn’t matter how clear I am, they still mess it up every time. At this point it feels like they have no idea what they’re doing, and I’m the one stuck dealing with damaged hair and a messed up cut every single time.

    I'd like to thank the older Latina lady at the head counter. I went into exchange some pants I had bought for an interview that I have, and she was very helpful and kind. Again,I'd like to apologize for the dog hair. She was fantastic!
