Went shopping at 5 different stores today. This American eagle had the best customer service hands down. Answered all my questions; took me to everything I was looking for. All three ladies I encountered were extremely knowledgeable and kind.

When I bring an item to the checkout, I sometimes find that the price or discount is different from what was displayed on the shelf. This has happened to me twice in the past week. I just wanted to let you know because it can be confusing for customers

Never had issues with this store before! The manager I spoke to in this store this past weekend was very rude, had no business being a manager, she acted as though she was better than everyone including the employees, and after speaking with customer service I learned she did not follow the return policy that is clearly stated on the receipt and my online order, basically she lied that the return policy was changed because she didn’t want to deal with it. The customer service rep had me go ahead and escalate it.

I was not pleased with my expierience here. This location has bad customer service. I was at the store trying on clothes and I had asked for a dressing room and the employee told me he would meet me in the dressing room and I stood there for 5 minutes and went to look for him and he was doing nothing. I also had a coupon I had a question about and I called and whoever answered it answered impolitely and actually hung up on me when I was asking the question. Not very pleased at all.
