If you like elk and mule deer hunting, we’re here to get you all set up with everything you need. If fishing is more your speed, we have all of your tackle to catch the bass, kokanee, trout, or walleye that you’re after. We also carry plenty of supplies for backpacking, camping, or hiking the Wasatch Front. Our shop services are available to spool reels, mount and boresight rifle scopes, cut arrows, tune bows in our 10-yard archery lane, and anything covered by your Firearm Service Plan. Whether it’s a cold, snowy winter or warm summer day, we’ve got the seasonal accessories to fit your outdoor adventure.

- CLCCO Lee5 days ago5.0I’ve had consistently great experiences at the Heber Sportsman’s Warehouse. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable without ever being condescending or making you feel like you should already know everything. I recently brought in an item I was having a problem with, and the manager went out of his way to help me. He remembered me from previous visits, took the time to figure out what was going on, and was able to fix a problem I hadn’t been able to solve myself. He was careful, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping, and didn’t charge me anything for his time. I’ve also ordered items through their website for pickup at this store, and they’ve consistently arrived surprisingly quickly. The store has a good selection, the location is convenient, and every interaction I’ve had with the staff has been positive. What stands out most is the customer service. Everyone I’ve dealt with has been approachable and willing to help, whether I’m making a purchase or just need some advice or assistance with something I already own. Definitely one of the better retail experiences I’ve had, and I’m glad to have this store in Heber.

They completely messed up the fletching on it and then proceeded to tell me that they weren’t comfortable cutting the arrows and continue to take 15 minutes while the arrows just sat back there and they talked while I waited at least give me the common courtesy to come out and tell me that you can’t cut them instead of me having to wait for 10 minutes and then when we spoke to the manager too, it also just seems like he wasn’t sincere at all, giving us I don’t apology or didn’t care

While on my way to pick up the pistol today (Sunday) I get an email saying they can’t “locate” the item. Turns out they sold it to someone else. I requested a cancellation and now get to wait for the charge to hopefully come off my credit card. What a waste of time, I’m not buying anything from Sportsman’s any more. Update: I’m good, I’m not calling your customer service line again. When I called to cancel the order the employee just hung up on me. I’m not wasting my time buying anything else from a business that will take my money then sell the item I purchased to someone else. Plenty of better businesses to deal with than Sportsman’s.
