- LLLessMay 23, 20261.0Really disappointed with my experience at Maurice’s because of the manager, Emery. She came across as extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional during my visit. Customer service should make people feel welcomed and respected, but instead I felt uncomfortable and brushed off. I understand everyone has bad days, but the way I was treated was unacceptable. I hope management addresses this because it reflects poorly on the store. My experience was horrible Maurice’s should fire her. Apart from the fact that she had a vape in her pocket and in front of my 4 year old son. This was an awful experience. She was also yelling at an employee in front of customers. I felt horrible for the employee. Maurice’s please do something about this. If I come back and this employee is this there I will be reaching out to corporate. This is not okay AT ALL WHATSOEVER. I have heard things about this emery girl here from multiple other customers as well.
