- MSmicah SorensonSep 18, 20261.0I went in store and ordered new lenses for my sunglasses and waited a week longer then what they told me (3 weeks instead of 2). I go to pick them up and they were the wrong size, which I had given them the exact model number and size of my glasses in store. they reorder them and i’m at almost a month now and haven’t heard anything. I had to be proactive about it and call them, turns out they had been delivered to the store and I was never contacted about it. The lady on the phone told me it was hard to get new hires to call people. Not the excuse I wanted to hear, it’s their job. This should’ve been a quick 2 week process, instead it was a month and a half of waiting and me having to reach out. Definitely picking a different location next time. 👎🏼
