The store was clean and well organized and they even had people going around and cleaning up areas, putting clothes away, and available to help and answer questions. Its nice to have place that is aligned with fashion but won't break the bank to shop there. Another thi g wmthat was excellent t was parking. There is a tin of parking so you can park near the actual store. Its always nice to not need to search for parking like a vulture looking for roadkill. It improves the overall experience!

Having not visited this store in some time, I noticed several changes, including the checkout configuration. While waiting at the register, I was ignored by several cashiers who were joking and laughing among themselves. No one acknowledged my presence until a manager loudly and abruptly informed me that I was on the wrong side of the counter, despite no other customers being in line. The situation worsened when I requested a price match for a pair of shoes based on a listing from your website. The manager insisted that the color of the shoe must be an exact match to qualify for the price match, even though the brand and specific model were identical. She stated that company policy allowed for no exceptions and dismissed my request with a sarcastic apology and a smirk. I found the customer service to be inadequate and the staff's attitude unprofessional. It felt as though there was a lack of willingness to assist me, which aligns with several other complaints I have read regarding this location. I hope you will take this feedback into consideration to improve the service provided to your customers in this location. Additionally, I request that you honor the price match that was previously denied.
