  I feel this experience needs to be shared as my disappointment regarding a recent experience at your Farmington location. Having not visited this store in some time, I noticed several changes, including the checkout configuration. While waiting at the register, I was ignored by several cashiers who were joking and laughing among themselves. No one acknowledged my presence until a manager loudly and abruptly informed me that I was on the wrong side of the counter, despite no other customers being in line. The situation worsened when I requested a price match for a pair of shoes based on a listing from your website. The manager insisted that the color of the shoe must be an exact match to qualify for the price match, even though the brand and specific model were identical. She stated that company policy allowed for no exceptions and dismissed my request with a sarcastic apology and a smirk. I found the customer service to be inadequate and the staff's attitude unprofessional. It felt as though there was a lack of willingness to assist me, which aligns with several other complaints I have read regarding this location. I hope you will take this feedback into consideration to improve the service provided to your customers in this location. Additionally, I request that you honor the price match that was previously denied.

  I always stop by this location every time I’m coming through. I live an hour north and it is always worth the stop. The store is easily organized, clean and have friendly staff. I especially have been appreciative of Susan who has always been so helpful and friendly.

  I recently visited the store to return a wallet I had purchased, and unfortunately my experience with the cashier, Niccole C. (short, with long straight black hair), was not very pleasant. I brought the item back wrapped in its original packaging exactly as it was received, but during the return process she began asking questions that felt unnecessary and unrelated to the return, such as what other items I had purchased with it. The interaction became uncomfortable when she proceeded to open and rip apart the wrapping in front of me while searching for the tag, even though the tag was actually located outside the product on the original plastic packaging. The situation could have been handled more gently and with better attention to the packaging as it was presented. The interaction felt unprofessional and not very customer-friendly.

  I just had praise Josh in alterations. He is so so so good at what he does! He is professional and kind and I’m so grateful he is so good at what he does! I have had him work on several articles of clothing and each time = perfection! He’s so detailed and sews each items changes flawlessly! Thanks Josh!!!
