- MAM AndersonApr 8, 20201.0Had a horrible experience at the Farmington Downeast today. Ordered online and items didn't fit, so I returned them to the store. They wouldn't allow me to return them even though I had the packing slip and 2 email confirmations with shipping info. They said I could not return the items because my credit card # was not on the packing slip or in the email, so it was against the law to issue a refund to my credit card. I see that as the company's own problem not mine, if they require this for returns, they should include it in the paperwork, at least the last 4 digits.The employees are less than helpful, rude and unwilling to help solve the problem. They kept blaming the company for everything, and telling me to call customer service. I left and went to the Bountiful store, they helped me right away and were awesome. They also mentioned that I could have mailed back the items with free shipping, this would have been helpful information that the Farmington store did not share with me. I don't recommend shopping at the Farmington store, they need new employees.
