  I love Bass Pro, but this is the worst location I have ever visited. The only reason I am giving two stars instead of one is because the guys in the fishing department provided excellent service. Other than that, the experience was incredibly disappointing. I live over two hours away and decided to stop here on Mother's Day to get some fishing gear so I could go fishing when I got home, as that was all I wanted to do for my day. I ended up leaving with absolutely nothing. Not one single register was open. While there were employees in their assigned departments nearby, nobody was available to check customers out. We walked over to guest services for help and encountered an older lady who was talking to herself, on a walkie, or on a phone, though I could not see her holding anything. She did not seem happy to be there and glared the entire time instead of smiling or even attempting to look pleasant. She completely ignored a gentleman who had been waiting for a while, and she ignored me even though my hands were full of items I wanted to purchase. Then, she chose to talk to two men who walked up after we had already been waiting. After that, she shouted at the gentleman who was originally waiting to ask if he needed help with the club. She did not say a single word to me at any point, and I truly felt like they just did not want my business. I could have checked out a lot faster online or by going to a different location, and I completely regret stopping here.

  We're on holiday in our RV. Bass Pro Shops let us stay in their parking lot at no charge. Of course, we made a couple of purchases as a way of thanking them. This location even has an area earmarked for oversized vehicles.

  I went to the Farmington Utah Cabelas /Bass Pro Shop and met with Darren the manager in the Fishing Dept about a damaged fishing pole I bought a few months earlier. I was hesitant to take the pole in as I was sceptical as to whether anything would be done. However, after a brief discussion Darren simply said yes, we’ll take care of it and handed me a new identical pole. I was pleasantly surprised of the outcome and felt Darren and the staff really wanted to make things right. I appreciate the process and the great attitudes.

  Manager running the used gun library doesn't have a clue. Come on down and buy Grandpa's bubba'd project trash sold by his remaining family members for pennies while Cabela's makes an extreme margin. Or grab the $300 PSA marked up an extra $500 because it now has a BCA upper on it 🤯 I used to buy a gun a month here, never again. If you have a pulse and can use Google, you can find everything here tor cheaper.
