  This was my first time at this store, and I was incredibly disappointed. My fiancé and I came in excited to look around, and I was even taking pictures and videos of the displays because it was a new experience for me. However, we quickly noticed an employee following us throughout the entire store. We saw them repeatedly touching their earpiece, almost as if they were actively communicating about us. Not once did they approach us to ask if we needed help—we were just being shadowed, which made us feel profiled and deeply uncomfortable. ​When we brought this up to our cashier, Hayden, his only response was 'ok.' We expected at least an apology or a question about who was following us, but he showed zero concern. I purchased two hats for our kids, but I will be returning them; we no longer want our family to represent a brand that treats customers this way. We did call corporate, and they apologized for the treatment, but the local in-store experience was completely unacceptable.

  Kyle helped us in the gun department today. As someone who has trust issues with guns- having a veteran uniformer with a calm demeanor and an incredible ability to be patient and kind while explaining the differences made all the difference. We actually waited while he helped someone else out so we could get him for the final sale. (Unrelated skunk but in the store)

  I try to be as positive as possible with reviews, giving employees benefit of the doubt that some days just suck and they dont feel like working. Totally understand. After multiple visits to the gun counter, the customer service, responsiveness, or any type of recognition a customer is standing 5 feet from an employee is completely non existent. Either nobody is there or employees are there talking to each other and dont stop to greet a customer. If I did ask a question, the body language is disgust, and the conversation continues between the employees while they clear the firearm to hand it to me with ZERO eye contact or inquiry into my interest or if I have any questions. I've genuinely gone in 6 times ready to purchase a firearm. Not cheap one either. And every time I am so turned off, I've walked out empty handed and have gone elsewhere. Ive gone in for thermal optics, not inexpensive, and they can't bother to help. They just keep their backs turned and have caused a good amount of money to go to other businesses. Management should really consider the revenue hit with such poor customer service at the firearm counter.

  ​Der Bass Pro Shop ist schlichtweg beeindruckend. Hier findet man absolut alles, was das Herz von Anglern, Jägern und Outdoor-Begeisterten höherschlagen lässt – die Auswahl an Ausrüstung und Bekleidung ist schier unendlich. ​Aber auch als Tourist ist ein Besuch ein absolutes Must-See: Es ist einfach der Wahnsinn, ein Geschäft in dieser gigantischen Dimension mit eigenen Augen zu sehen. Mit seinen riesigen Aquarien, den imposanten Dekorationen und der einzigartigen rustikalen Architektur fühlt sich der Laden eher wie eine eigene Attraktion an als wie ein einfaches Kaufhaus. ​Egal ob man gezielt nach Ausrüstung sucht oder einfach nur staunen möchte – dieser Ort ist definitiv ein beeindruckendes Erlebnis!

  Brian in the Gun Library was awesome to work with as a customer. He helped my son and I last week, and we will coming back again to buy from him. He was patient, personable, and very knowledgable, and they had a very interesting selection. Outstanding customer service. Thanks Brian!
