  Had such an awesome experience at American Eagle today! The store was super busy, but every associate I interacted with was incredibly friendly and willing to help whenever I needed it. Even with the crowds, everyone was so welcoming and helpful that I genuinely didn’t mind waiting in line to check out. Such a great shopping experience overall!

  Worst customer service ever! went up to the register where multiple workers were standing and then they told me to go to the other side so I go to the other side 15 minutes later they open a register where we were originally and instead of offering the people who have been in line for 15 minutes a chance to go first to the newly opened register they allow new customers start to form a line at the register actually moving so we waited another 10 minutes watching them get checked out but the side they made us go on had a huge line not moving ....so a total of 25 minutes and finally gave up and just left without purchasing our items. Awful.

  A customer who had a large amount of items took over 20 minutes to check out while us and others waited and another employee just stood in the cashier station eating a sucker. No acknowledgement of the other customers or attempt to help. Poor experience.

  Awesome staff! Friendly, helpful and attentive! The store was organized and clean. Definitely a positive experience! I have been to other AE stores and this by far was the best! I appreciate the team at the door before entering. They are so nice and doing a fabulous job of greeting everyone and taking returns so that things can run through faster for the customer. Again great job to the employees at the Station Park AE!!
