  This store had an impressive selection of boots, and the staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. However, I’m giving it a 4-star rating instead of 5 because of the service. As someone who has worked in sales for 25 years, particularly in the snowboard industry, I’ve had to help customers with boots. It’s a crucial part of the job, and most customers don’t realize the importance of it. The sales guy, Corbin, was awesome and friendly, but when it came to helping customers try on boots, he didn’t go the extra mile. He dis not take the boots out of the box and left them there, without cleaning out the paper filling or making sure the customers were comfortable. I had to open every box and take every boot out myself. It was a bit of a hassle, but I appreciate the effort. In the service industry, it’s important to take care of your customers. Give them water, pamper them, and make them feel welcome and comfortable. I don’t need that kind of service, but it would be nice. I know how it feels to go the extra mile for a customer, and it was my first time buying Ariat boots. I’ve owned tons of Red Wing and other high-end brands, but I didn’t know anything about this company. Overall, I had a great experience at this store. I’ll update you on my boots after a few months of daily wear.

  My wife and I came in today and the staff were so helpful! Especially Aubrie, she was an absolute gem. We can’t wait to come back!

  Came to get some riding boots today and CJ was amazing helping me with the fitting! Great customer service! Love my new boots! Will definitely return!

  Had a great experience my first time in. I bought boots online that I could not get on due to my very high instep. Took the boots in found out this boot is returned often due to such a slender fit. The 3 females that were working eye very helpful. I had given up all hope that I would be able to keep the boots but they suggested we try streaming them which would not impact me returning them if needed. So they fired up the steamer said come back in 30 mins. When I returned they steamed my boots and they slid right on. I recently went back with my son and they helped do an exchange and reorder a different size and made it so easy for us.

  I just had the most wonderful experience here at Ariat! I have been searching for boots at multiple stores now and finally came here. Christian was super quick to assist me in my hunt! He was so helpful with styling me and my rodeo outfit and grabbing different options in boots and hats. I ended up getting a beautiful pair of boots and I am so happy!! Thanks Ariat and Christian!!
