  Clean neat store! Stopped for fish lures and found everything I wanted! Restroom was clean and tidy as well!

  Went into the store ready to buy a rifle scope and ammo. Waited for 20 minutes at the counter for somebody to show up. When Don did finally address me I asked if I could compare two different reticles and he said they didn't have one of them (they did as I was looking right at it). He then walked away and acted like I didn't even exist as he talked with another employee. I walked out of the store with neither scope nor ammo.

  My husband and I went in to check out some guns and ended up coming back a few days later to make our purchase. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable both times. We wanted to give a big shout out to Porter, he sadly wasn’t able to be the one to check out our purchase the second time we came in but the first time he helped us and was super friendly and definitely influenced our decision to come back and buy a (super cool) rifle. Overall great experience and we will be coming back after we save up enough money for another one 😆

  I was disappointed with my experience. They would not accept my virtual gift card in-store, and unfortunately I was unable to create an online account to place a pickup order, which appears to be the only way to use the gift card. It was frustrating to have a valid gift card but no practical way to redeem it. I hope they improve their gift card policies and make the redemption process more accessible for customers.
