I had ordered flowers from a different flower shop for a memorial that was happening that day at 1 PM, a half an hour before the service I was contacted via email NOT my cell to tell me they had chain supply issues and we’re unable to fulfill my order. I called Jimmy‘s flowers and the most wonderful woman Marlow answered the phone, told me not to worry and that she would do what she could to help. Not only is Jimmy’s flowers a beautiful shop, Marlow was an exceptional person, she kept me calm and helped me pick out a perfect arrangement, even making sure it was in the special urn required to leave at our plot. Thank you so much for having wonderful Customer Service and compassion, Thanks to Marlow my day and our service went without a hitch. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Finally, the Manager (Susan) was beyond nice and accommodating with all our requests.
