- NFNatalie FransonSep 25, 20263.0Personally, I like Lane Bryant, but only for certain things. Their bras are amazing and I will probably stay with them for life because of that. However, when I went brought shopping at this location, I felt like I was kind of getting put down by the staff. Particularly One Woman, who made me feel really insecure about my body instead of trying to kindly help me find my correct bra size.

You don’t have fake being nice, you don’t even have to be bare minimum nice but you don’t have to be rude to someone for asking simple questions. Also you should really read the return policy on the receipt before immediately dismissing someone and telling them they’re wrong

However the older short lady named annette I believe is not kind, her younger associates are always so kind and smiling and giggling behind the counter which is what I love to see because it means they’re having fun at work and getting along. The older women does not seem happy, Every time I have gone in the other two girls seem like they’re walking on eggshells to make sure they do not upset her. I purposely come in when the older woman is not working because I do not want someone who’ll complain about me while I am still in the store and someone who does not seem to enjoy their job. Thank you so much to the two younger girls for the giggles I enjoy your kindness and generosity every time I come in.
