Had a great experience here! They have a great selection of rackets available to try, with a dedicated space to test them out before making a decision. The staff was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the experience. I highly recommend stopping by if you’re looking for a new racket!

I would like to share a wonderful customer service experience at Wilson Sporting Goods store in North Park ! There were some issues with the store’s system not matching up with the products and information available online to place the order . Channey C. the store manager went above and beyond to make it happen. She was incredibly patient, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile to work through the system issues because I really wanted to make the purchase during the tax-free weekend. She could have easily said there was nothing more she could do, but instead, she took the time to find a solution and made sure I was taken care of. That kind of customer service is rare and truly appreciated! Thank you Channy for your patience, dedication, and for making what could have been a frustrating experience into a very positive one. Wilson is lucky to have an employee who genuinely cares about her customers! ❤️
