  I would like to share a wonderful customer service experience at Wilson Sporting Goods store in North Park ! There were some issues with the store’s system not matching up with the products and information available online to place the order . Channey C. the store manager went above and beyond to make it happen. She was incredibly patient, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile to work through the system issues because I really wanted to make the purchase during the tax-free weekend. She could have easily said there was nothing more she could do, but instead, she took the time to find a solution and made sure I was taken care of. That kind of customer service is rare and truly appreciated! Thank you Channy for your patience, dedication, and for making what could have been a frustrating experience into a very positive one. Wilson is lucky to have an employee who genuinely cares about her customers! ❤️

  I agree with all the bad comments on customer service at the store in Northpark mall in Dallas, TX. Management definitely needs to do a better job training their employees to welcome people into the store. I love Wilson and I love a lot of the tennis wear in their collection, however I don’t like that there rarely seems to be anything I’ve chosen in stock and the sales person will ask if I want them to order it on line and have it shipped to me. I decline and walk out with nothing and go to another athletic store. When I’m shopping I am there for a reason - I WANT IT TODAY. If I had wanted it shipped to me I would have stayed home and shopped online. The store definitely needs to increase their stock items. They are losing money when people walk out of the store empty handed.
