  I called last evening to place an order for my co-worker, whose last day at work was today. I was very direct on having the delivery delivered at 11am. The person who I had talked to had no problem with the time except for she had stated, "They don't come in till 10am." I said it was ok. Edible Arrangements called my cellphone right before 11am & told me the employee was just leaving. What a disappointment!!! The Secretary at my job told me when Edible Arrangements called into my job they even had the wrong name. Another disappointment!!!!!

  I received a flower arrangement from my daughter for Mother’s Day - it was just beautiful ! Even better, everything tasted so fresh and delicious ! The bouquet had cantaloupe & honeydew “ petals”, strawberries looking like rosebuds, and large yellow pineapple flowers which were amazingly the perfect ripeness and so adorable ! Very impressive ! Thanks Edible Arrangements for picking the perfect ripeness for the fruits, your attention to detail, and for your artistry. Excellent work !

  UPDATE......We contacted customer service and they delivered a new dozen roses that were beautiful. They were stored in water where the first set was not. Thanks for making it right!!!!!! My husband got me roses and chocolate covered strawberries for Valentines Day, yesterday. The strawberries are very good and quality as expected. I received the 11 roses, was supposed to be 12, at 6pm and immediately recut the stems and placed in water. By 11pm the roses were drooping and not pretty at all. Very sub par quality or handling of the roses and only 11 for a dozen. Will have to think very hard before purchasing from them again.

  I left a review earlier about how I have bad luck but I will say Hunter helped me out tremendously. My significant other left work and I thought she would’ve received her gift but I called and Hunter spoke with driver and had them change delivery to home.. so she will receive it herself instead of it going to her job when she isn’t there… I really appreciate what Hunter did because the other lady did get me a little upset or let down but anyway Hunter saved the day and thank you so much
