  I was going to purchase another pair of shoes from here, but then I told myself absolutely not. The products are beautiful but the wannabe mean girls who work there just give really nasty, vile vibes. No help, no enthusiasm, just socializing amongst each other like they are at the water cooler. You can be probably be on fire and they wouldn't move from their posts to help. Yuck

  This was the worst store I went to by far, how is Steve Madden a high end store but does no track receipts for customers ? The manager Stephanie long hair with eye glasses light skin about 5’4 wasn’t even trying to assist until I called the online customer service. Why work in retail if your customer service skills are awful. Never buying from here again.
