  Ridge Hill is beautiful shopping experience it's outdoor mall. Relaxed vibes. Nice walking around..lots of parking.

  the only reason i came here was to see the ella fitzgerald mural by public pizza. i'm a big fan of hers and it was beautiful to see in person. its a very interesting layout of this mall. i have never been to anything like this. lots of parking but also lots of walking. i might return in the future but at least i saw what i wanted to see.

  Why am I paying $5 to park in the garage for less than 5 minutes?? The company overseeing parking at Ridge Hill is extremely shady, especially since when the mall opened they installed illegal parking meters and were collecting payment from patrons. Then, they blocked off all the street parking, making it for “official vehicles only”, making patrons park in the garages. Now, they’re charging exorbitant fees and patrons don’t have the option to park for a short amount of time to simply run into an establishment to pick up a prepaid order. This place is going down hill fast.

  Given that I live literally a mile from this mall. I wouldn’t go there for a cup of coffee. I see a lot of reviews on here with five stars. Those that love this place either do not know of other great malls or live a ghetto life. Ridge Hill has deteriorated over the years. When it first opened up, we were super excited in Yonkers and it bought in revenue. But at the same time, crime started developing from shootings to stabbings, and even Armed robberies that they don’t wanna talk about. That being said, where is the police? Nowhere to be found in this entire mall. You have lousy five dollar an hour sloppy looking non-English speaking security guards driving around and I even smelled marijuana on one of the security guards when I went to ask him a question. Yep! Then there is the thugs that come here. They pray on the visitors because I have seen it myself. Parking is a disaster as well. You’re charging five dollars to park at Ridge Hill? Are you serious? You are actually charging more than the Westchester mall in White Plains? That did it! I would never come back to this dump. And if it keeps on going in the direction that it’s heading. It’s going to be a place that resembles the South Bronx with the amount of dirt bags that come here and the lack of maintenance and Customer Service. Good luck idiots.
