  I went to L.L.Bean in Ridge Hill for a return and had the pleasure of working with Natalia. She was incredibly helpful, kind, and efficient—turning a potentially frustrating situation into a very positive experience. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was resolved smoothly. Outstanding service like this is why I will continue to shop at LL Bean. Thank you Natalia!!!

  They have a great selection and the staff are super friendly and helpful. It's one of the last places where you can still find high quality products in the age of neoliberalism where products are meant to break and wear down.

  I would like to recognize how incredibly helpful Natalia was during my recent visit. I had seen Pima shirts in the catalog and was so grateful when she took the time to help me find them in stock. She also assisted me in selecting matching corduroy pants that coordinated perfectly. She had a very nice, patient way about her that made the entire shopping experience enjoyable. What stood out most was how comfortable she made me feel when discussing what works best for my particular body type. Natalia is a genuine and caring person who truly listens and provides thoughtful guidance. She sets the gold standard for how customers should be treated. Nicholas was also fantastic at the register, he has a kind, friendly, compassionate way about him and I enjoyed our interaction. L.L.Bean and its staff are blessed to have employees like Natalia and Nicholas on the team. They represent the best of your brand and help make shopping at L.L.Bean a pleasure.

  What makes LlBean Westchester even better is the most amazing, very professional manager Natalia. I love the clothes but she makes shopping at this location true perfection! Thank you for having her on staff! She is the best, very knowledgeable and super helpful. Give that woman a raise!

  Came to L.L. Bean and was at the register for checkout until a different worker approached the cashier regarding a mistake made by the cashier. It was unethical and shameful to have such a private conversation in front of customers. The girl was trying to do her job, apologized for the mistake, and yet the person still kept talking to her while I was standing there. A different review on here mentioned Natalia needing HR training and this is true. She was the woman who approached the cashier. I had advised the cashier to make a call to HR due to lack of professionalism. Not a good work area. If you can’t treat your employees with respect, how can we expect the customers to have a better experience. Don’t shop here.
