  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Service and an Outstanding Shopping Experience I recently had the pleasure of shopping at Banana Republic at Ridge Hill in Yonkers, New York, and I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional level of customer service I received. From the moment I entered the store, the atmosphere was welcoming, professional, and inviting. The sales floor was immaculately maintained, exceptionally organized, and thoughtfully arranged, making it effortless to browse and locate merchandise. Employees were readily available throughout the store, attentively assisting customers and providing knowledgeable answers to questions. I would especially like to recognize Daniella, whose service was truly exemplary. She took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and personally assisted me in locating everything I needed. When certain items were not readily available, she went above and beyond by helping me place an online order, ensuring that I was able to purchase exactly what I wanted. What made Daniella’s assistance particularly impressive was her attentiveness and knowledge of the merchandise. She thoughtfully recommended several additional pieces that complemented my selections—items I had not initially considered purchasing. Her recommendations were excellent, and I ultimately purchased several of them. She demonstrated the perfect balance of professionalism, product knowledge, patience, and genuine hospitality without ever making the experience feel pressured. I would also like to extend special recognition to Awatef at the register. She was exceptionally personable, courteous, and professional throughout the checkout process. She proactively informed me of every applicable promotion and discount, ensuring that I received the best available value on my purchases. Her warm personality and pleasant demeanor made the final part of my shopping experience just as enjoyable as the rest of my visit. Outstanding customer service is about more than simply completing a transaction—it is about making customers feel welcomed, valued, and genuinely appreciated. Daniella and Awatef exemplified that standard beautifully. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and commitment to customer satisfaction elevated what could have been an ordinary shopping trip into a truly memorable experience. Banana Republic at Ridge Hill should be extremely proud to have employees of this caliber representing their store and brand. I left completely satisfied with both my purchases and the exceptional service I received. Without hesitation, this location deserves a five-star rating.   The staff were extremely pushy with the credit card, to no fault of their own. Management: please stop making them do this. No matter how long they keep us on that register, we still won't want to sign up for one. I genuinely will not shop here again because of this. The cashier treated us like we were children saying things like "Look at me, look over here" in a snappy way after we were already not interested in the pitch. Very rude and degrading, especially after spending most of the time ignoring us while we were shopping. They also inflate their prices, and then justify them with x% off sales signs to make themselves look more expensive than they are, only to give their customers a "break". That is so odd. Just list the prices as they're meant to be. Such a strange company.

  I’ve not seen any store this tidy in a decade. Willie keeps this place up! Very friendly staff. Great shopping experience!!!!

  I give 1 start for the male sales associate who was so helpful and friendly when I walked in with my husband and 2 kids. However, there was a young lady at the register who clearly hates kids and was nothing but rude because our 12 month old was walking around the store. Mind you it was empty. If they don’t want kids in their store they should just post a sign saying no kids allowed. Otherwise this woman should look for a different job. You’re an entitled to a kid free life but not a kid free world.

  I visited the store yesterday and was truly impressed by the level of customer service. Will immediately welcomed my sister and me and quickly jumped into action, giving me his full attention and thoughtful advice as I searched for the right shirts to purchase. I can’t say enough about the experience—both Will and Rebecca, the cashier, made it exceptional. Their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made the entire visit enjoyable. If every store delivered this level of service, I would come in more often just for the welcoming atmosphere and the care taken in helping me find my personal style. Great job, Will and Rebecca!
