I felt uncomfortable asking questions, even though I was paying for a service. I believe that excellent customer service is essential, and everyone deserves to be treated with respect when they are paying for something. No matter how busy we are, kindness and understanding make a big difference. We all have moments where we’re under pressure, but gentle communication can improve the experience for everyone.
