  Great prices but the staff at the front checking you out is very very rude. They rolled their eyes when I tried to use my discount and then were whispering to each other when I asked them to check the price because it rang up different from the price on the label. I’ll come back to shop but this is far below the customer service level I’m used to shopping with Lululemon. I hope they fix their attitude up front as the reason for a store is paying and returning customers.

  I am from out of town and was looking forward to visiting and shopping here. Staff was extremely rude. The prices are great but when you ask to confirm prices, they don’t want to help and are standoff-ish. The cashiers whisper among themselves right in front of you, rolls eyes as she was ringing me up, and mumbles under breaths. I can’t believe how off putting the females at the cashiers were, only to realize all the prior reviews have similar sentiments. Very rude.

  I have visited the Lululemon Store at Woodbury Commons on a couple of occasions with the goal of purchasing items for my daughter. I wanted to thank the following Woodbury Commons Lululemon employees whose service, attention to detail, professionalism, patience and kindness went above and beyond what would be expected—even in the case of this popular establishment. Brandy’s and Panda’s patience with my questions was equal to that of Mother Theresa—while the content of their responses rivaled a Google search. Brandy and Panda also kindly assisted me with my search for items that would meet my daughter’s individual tastes. Brandy’s and Panda’s professional disposition, coupled with their gregarious tone, friendly nature, knowledge of item location and stock and their ability to maneuver around the store quickly, was a welcomed escape from what I am used to in stores in this retail genre. While the store’s items are of superior quality, the real “gem” setting it apart from others in this retail space comes from the genuineness, quality and character of those providing the service. I highly recommend that those who visit Woodbury Commons to shop take the time to go to Lululemon for high quality products and, more importantly, take the time to speak to the above employees, Brandy and Panda, who will make your visit more memorable and ensure your return.

  I had an amazing experience at this location. Katie was super helpful and returned my shopping bag that I forgot in the fitting room. The store itself is very organized and gives sample sale vibes with a lot of options. Heads up sales are final.
