  Very disappointing experience. I tried to return a jacket that was in excellent condition, but the store refused the return over a very minor and unreasonable issue. Their return process is unnecessarily complicated and feels designed to make returns difficult rather than help customers. Customer service was not helpful in resolving the situation, which made the experience even more frustrating. I expected much better treatment from a reputable store. Unfortunately, I will not be shopping here again and cannot recommend this store to others.

  I had an amazing experience at Helly Hansen - Woodbury Commons. I was honestly lost trying to figure out what I needed for a ski trip after checking out a few other stores, but Mohammed completely turned the experience around for me. He was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. He walked me through everything from base layers to ski pants and the right ski jacket and quarter zips, making sure everything made sense and worked together. Even though the store was busy, he kept great energy the whole time and never made me feel rushed. I walked out confident in my full setup. If you go there, definitely ask for Mohammed. Great service and a great overall experience.

  I went to Woodbury Commons (which is an outlet store). If you want sailing pants or something serious in that case order it online. This store is mainly geared towards your Soccer Mom who drives the kids to school in a Volvo. Not your next expedition to the South Pole. They moved locations at the mall and now are across from Calvin Kline. Selection is limited but if you’re looking for a nice sweatshirt or Parka it blows the doors off of North Face or Columbia….

  I was excited Helly Hansen finally opened in NY, but was really disappointed to arrive after a long drive only to find the store closed at 6:30pm, despite the posted hours stating a 9pm closing time. This was the main stop on my trip! Update your hours correctly to manage customer expectations.
