Unfortunately, my experience at the White Plains/Westchester location was extraordinarily disappointing. My husband purchased for me a Elsa Peretti® Bean necklace. Within months, the clasp actually broke. I went into the store and was told blankly that they could fix it in about 3 weeks for $200. I restated that the clasp literally broke. The employee did not ask to see it. She just repeated her response. I responded that I'd like to wear it before then and my jeweler could probably do it. Her response than was that repairs elsewhere would void the guarantee. I asked, "What guarantee? You are telling me anything that breaks on your jewelry is out of pocket for customer to repair." She stated that was correct. I took it to my jeweler who said that it was, in fact, a faulty clasp. I paid to repair. I have purchased Tiffany products for graduations and special occasions for family many times. I will not do so again. The service shows they are not the "luxury brand" they claim to be.

- KVkam vahOct 1, 20151.0My husband purchased a pair of pearl with diamond earings 4 months ago and after taking the earings to the Tiffanys for cleaning, the pearl slipped off right in front of the person who had cleaned it and the glue surrounding the platinum was pealing in a very visible way. I had to leave them for repair. Im shocked by the quality of the purchase that was made. I will no longer make a purchase from Tiffanys. When store was called after the repair they did not acknowledge the issue in a pleasing way to my complaint.
