  I went to the Westchester and I’m so glad I did because Isaias was a find! He was so helpful. Probably the most helpful, patient salesperson I have ever come across. He has a great eye and clearly had a great mother lol! This man deserves a raise!

  Posting under an alias because my interaction with the manager, Montel ("Monty"), left me genuinely uncomfortable I had a very disappointing experience at the Westchester Mall Sunglass Hut location. I went in to return a pair of YSL sunglasses that I had purchased less than 24 hours earlier from the Greenwich store. Before even properly examining the item, the manager, Monty (Montel), immediately suggested that I return them to the original location instead of assisting me. When I explained that returning to Greenwich was inconvenient due to childcare responsibilities and upcoming travel, he then claimed there was a "scratch" on the frame and refused the return. The sunglasses were brand new, never worn, and in the exact condition in which they were purchased. What made the experience even more uncomfortable was the way Monty spoke to his associate, D'Angelo, in front of customers. It came across as rude and dismissive. In contrast, D'Angelo was incredibly professional, kind, and helpful throughout the interaction, and I truly appreciated his demeanor and customer service. Secondly, Montel had an interaction with a separate customer over the phone in which he has her on speaker for the entire store to hear. She expressed some concerns with leaving her glasses with him which in hindsight checks out.

  Your rep. Was great he was kind, engaged with good questions. I shared always like ray bans but couldn’t find anything there, ended up with Pradas and looked like the old school black ray bans. Great job to the Hut and good work with hiring nice reps in your stores that care!

  Do not buy your sunglasses from here Alejandro(Bald with glasses) is a horrible person. He is rude and judgmental. He makes his faces like he is judging you! It seems like you favors other customers. GIVE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE
