  Look for Zana! My mom and I met her at Nordstrom and she was so attentive and thoughtful throughout the entire time we were there. She really listened to what we were looking for, gave us excellent recommendations and didn't hesitate to show us different items with such a comfortable and caring attitude. She's really good at what she does. You can tell she enjoys making sure people leave happy. She made the whole experience so pleasant and enjoyable which definitely left a lasting impression on both of us.

  First off, let me start by stating that I rarely leave reviews, if ever- in fact this is my first Google review. However, Zana at Nordstrom is an absolute gem! In all my years of in-person shopping, I have never been greeted by such a genuine and kind person, nevertheless at Nordstrom. Zana has been incredibly sweet, took her time to listen and understand my style and I walked out with more items than I would have probably looked for on my own, and the entire time I felt like I was shopping with the sweetest friend! I do not often shop at Nordstrom but Zana has completely changed my perspective and I will visit more often! I honestly cannot say enough kind words. ☺️

  Spencer, the manager in the Sunglasses/Accessories department, provided exceptional customer service. He carefully inspected my broken Carrera sunglasses and could tell the damage did not appear to be my fault. Even though Carrera would not cover them, Spencer took ownership of the situation and chose to help me. He was professional, patient, understanding, and genuinely cared about making things right. This is exactly why Nordstrom’s customer service stands above the rest. Spencer was the best, and Nordstrom is lucky to have him.

  I'm writing this almost 1 month later, with my heart still warm and hopes of acknowledgement. I had the most wonderful experience with a young woman by the name of Zana in the women's dept.. I visited the store in need of an outfit for that day, a rush. Sunday, June 7th. Her friendliness, mannerisms, attitude and warmth cannot be forgotten. She was the 2nd employee I'd encountered and she approached me and asked if I needed help. The 1st lady was unremarkable. I had asked her if an item was a 2 piece ensemble. She told me no and the interaction ended there. Zana, began and ended with great pleasure! Unfortunately, great customer service is hard to find, sadly. Zana secured a room as my hands were full with potentials, helped me in and out of dresses, found other options for me, with small banter making sure the dress was suitable for the occassion. I asked her to finish shopping with me as I needed shoes and bag. She agreed and off we went, like two small children in a candy shop (filled with shoes, lol). She found the perfect shoes to match my dress for the occassion, flats were needed. Now off to get a bag.. We then encountered a very unfriendly employee, whom I found to have a very nasty tone and quite hesitant, with regard to assisting with finding a bag...that is another story. However, throughout it all Zana was very professional with handling the condescending comments and behavior from this employee. Kudos to her because I wanted to say more than I did to this other employee. Zana had to apologize for her co-workers behavior, she was so hurt and embarrassed. Nonetheless, she kept a smile on her face throughout it all- for me...and yes, we found a bag. I am very grateful for her and will be looking forward to seeing Zana, with and for my future shopping endeavors at Nordstrom! I'd like to thank Zana for her assistance again! She needs to teach a class with how and what to do for a superb customer service experience.

  No less than 4 different employees followed me around asking "if I need help" while browsing. I've been to MAD different malls from the BX to Yonkers all the way up to Albany and in between... and this is the first store I've ever had this problem, especially to this degree. What's even more ridiculous is that all the employees were black. Don't even bother coming here. This is just sad 😂
