- TSTrosky SerranoSep 16, 20261.0I ordered an expensive product online and specifically asked for it not to be left on the front door, not only did they deliver it at the front door, but they left it at the wrong address and the package was stolen! They won't give me a replacement or a refund as their delivery (On Track) states that the item has been delivered correctly (even if the picture itself shows another address). I would never recommend people to buy products online with nordstrom.

I’ve had some really good experiences with the staff, and a few associates have been especially helpful and friendly. It’s a regular stop in my rotation for men’s clothing. Service can be a little inconsistent depending on the department, but overall it’s been a good experience and I enjoy shopping here.

I think it's time for them to revisit their designs, it's time to evolve with the era, and the brands and what they sale and how they approach sales in general. It just feels like the world is evolving and these large stores Just don't want to reinvent themselves and are holding onto the past. I understand nostalgia and keeping with what use to work and have that familiarity. But now it just feels like a band from the 80s that is just playing cover songs in the year 2026 it's time for freshness.
