  So the inexperienced alleged store manager wouldn't take back a pair of shoes that didn't have labels. His cashier claimed I wore them. I didnt wear them! So I pulled 2 pairs of random shoes off the rack to show him that there were many shoes with wear marks on the soles. He said "those shoes should not be on the racks". Then he left the shoes in the cart, lol. Talk about inexperienced and clueless. You'd think he would take them or something. I called customer service online and sent photos of all the shoes. They told me to donate the ones Nordstrom rack would not take back and gave me full credit for them. This is the Nordstrom customer service I am accustomed to. I believe the stuck up mature sista at the register was prejudiced against me. She appeared to look down on me which I found ironic since I am Latina. She would not believe me and didn't hide it. That offended me. She was unprofessional and lacked any customer service skills. She should work in the back stocking items or something away from people. I took a picture of a pair of shoes that were on the rack that exhibited obvious signs of wear just so everyone could see what i am talking about...

  A worker rolled her eyes at my girlfriend after she made a simple request. Items on the shelves are jumbled and in the wrong place. The cashiers take 400 years to serve customers.

  The size and selection of the store is okay. What is glaringly lacking is the customer service. Every time I’m at this location and have a question or need help, the employee I ask is unpleasant. I get eye rolls or directed elsewhere. The check out line is always long and slow moving. I feel like, as a former employee, that they need to train their employees better.

  Very good if you are looking for reasonably priced items, but most of the merchandise is not in brand-new condition

  Terrible. Dirty. Shoe section always in disarray. Staff don’t seem to care or simply do not perform work keeping store pleasant. Pathetic custoner service — long line, long wait - when staff cares more about unpacking inventory when a very long line of customers checking out is right within her sight; one steps out of her register for whatever reason and for a long time. When she returns after 20+ minutes after I ask for a manager to speak to about putting more than 2 working staff at check out — she counts the one person doing ONLY the unpacking as a registry person. What is this store’s concept of custoner service??? Clearly NO CONCEPT at all. Either retrain the terrible ones or replace ASAP. The store owner should be able to track and tell from their cameras who needs to be replaced!
