  I had no idea they closed at 7PM (so sorry!!) so I left the store at about 6:50-somethingPM, and went back about 5 minutes after closing, and they were nice enough to let me back in. 😭 (I used to work retail, I don’t encourage this behavior! Lol) Unfortunately, I didn’t get anybody’s names!! It was a young lady, and a gentleman working Thursday evening on 4/30/26. It was such a stress-free, pleasant experience. I normally hate shopping, and I’ve never bought anything designer in my life so this first-time was a really good experience. Thank you guys!! 🙏

  Careful how you buy things from this store . If you buy discounted items you can return,or exchange plus the lady gave so much attitude

  Had an absolute wonderful experience shopping at the Marc Jacobs Westchester. Sales associate Adamari Martinez did a fantastic job in helping me with my shopping needs truly went above and beyond.

  Love, love, love my customized cosmetic bag! The artist’s drawing of my sweet Max is perfect—it honestly captures him to a T. Big thanks to the artist and the wonderful Marc Jacobs Westchester team—you were all so friendly and helpful. So happy you’re in Westchester!

  The worst experience of my life, how they just open and the white lady that works there nasty and rude, don’t be ugly and rude at the same time, pick a struggle.
