  Andressa from this location was a wonderful Professional Rep, who knew her job and went above and beyond in helping me from NY to purchase my daughter's back to school Leather 72 Spring Sneakers and SnapShot for school year 2026-2027 on August 5th and then again on August 31st 2026 Thank you Andressa you make MJ at the Westchester Mall, White Plains looks really good!!   I had no idea they closed at 7PM (so sorry!!) so I left the store at about 6:50-somethingPM, and went back about 5 minutes after closing, and they were nice enough to let me back in. 😭 (I used to work retail, I don’t encourage this behavior! Lol) Unfortunately, I didn’t get anybody’s names!! It was a young lady, and a gentleman working Thursday evening on 4/30/26. It was such a stress-free, pleasant experience. I normally hate shopping, and I’ve never bought anything designer in my life so this first-time was a really good experience. Thank you guys!! 🙏

  Great location, Girls were extremely helpful and they have fun events every season. I recently got my bag personally painted at an event they had recently. I would purchase there again.

  The worst experience of my life, how they just open and the white lady that works there nasty and rude, don’t be ugly and rude at the same time, pick a struggle.
