  I had a wonderful experience at this jewelry store! I came in to exchange an item, and the entire process was so easy and pleasant. The jewelry selection is absolutely beautiful, with so many stunning pieces to choose from. The woman who helped me was incredibly kind, patient, and friendly. She went above and beyond to make sure I found something I loved, and her customer service truly made the experience even better. It’s rare to find both beautiful products and such genuine, welcoming service. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this store!

  I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was extremely disappointing. I went to the Westchester location on Friday the 19th planning to purchase multiple gifts after loving a piece I received for my birthday a few months ago. Although I did buy one item, the associate was rude, stand off-ish and made me feel like I was annoying her just for asking questions, which ultimately stopped me from purchasing anything else. Beautiful jewelry, but the customer service was unacceptable. Oh let me mention crowds cannot be an excuse the store was literally empty. I was the only customer at the time.

  I recently visited gorjana to shop for some jewelry, and I had a mixed experience. Nancy, one of the saleswomen, was incredibly nice and helpful. She went out of her way to assist me and made my shopping experience enjoyable. However, the other employees were quite rude and didn't even smile when we walked in. Nancy was even asking for their help, and they weren't helping her at all. It was disappointing to see such a contrast in customer service. Nancy's kindness stood out, but the overall atmosphere could definitely use some improvement.
