  The Bucherer 1888 boutique in White Plains has been my go-to for all things watches for over two years now. Jayden, Nina, Christian, Ben, Derick, and Angelina work together as a truly cohesive team to make sure I'm always taken care of and that whatever I need gets addressed. I greatly appreciate the friendship, memories, and service they've provided since my first visit, and I look forward to many more years to come. In a market where pieces can be nearly impossible to track down, this team has consistently come through for me. They've been fair, transparent, and genuinely invested in helping me build a collection to be proud about. I can't recommend them enough. If you're considering a Rolex, TAG Heuer, Cartier, or Tudor, stop in and take a look around. They can also order in many pieces from brands not displayed in the boutique, and Breitling and Omega are available downstairs as well. If anything they generally always have something cool on display, I'll include some I've seen over the couple of years:

  Bucherer ordered the wrong bracelet for my watch… Twice! The first was discovered immediately as there was a jeweler present that could put it on my watch so it was then unwrapped. After waiting weeks for the replacement to come in the jeweler was not in. Jaden sent me with the still factory wrapped second bracelet to another jewelry store in the mall where he said someone who transferred from their store would put it on the watch. Tell him Jaden sent me.He wasn’t in so I took the still unwrapped bracelet home. I planned to return to Bucherer when the jeweler was in. As it was life happened, circumstances about which I had no control. The watch band remained in its original package until I finally took it into Wilson’s Jewelers in Scarsdale to have it put onto the watch. As I watched the sales associate peel the blue protective wrapper off the watch band I was astounded to realize it was once again the wrong bracelet. Had the intake person at Bucherer examined the bracelet when it came in, as they should, they would have discovered that it was the incorrect band. Knowing what happened before you would think that would be the first thing they would do, check the product with the invoice. Now the store refuses to exchange the band for the correct one. “Too much time has elapsed.” I agree it was a long time however, the mistakes were theirs, not mine.I called Bucherer in New York. They advised me that the manager had discretion to take it back. Derek told me there was nothing he could do. I said I would speak to Jaden. Derek said that he is a manager and said that Jaden would tell me the same thing. Take your business to people who know what they’re doing and care enough about the customer to make things right. I am stuck with an expensive watchband that I cannot use.

  Treated horribly when asking about a watch, will happily buy from someone else! Edit: After returning today Jaiden (sorry if I misspelt his name!) was absolutely great, very helpful and honest with the availability of watches, and overall welcoming. Thank you!

  John was great in helping me find the watch I wanted. He was very dedicated and offered awesome service. Also a big thank you to Angelina, the store manager, who threw in a free hat with my purchase!
