  Review I had a very disappointing experience with a tall Hispanic woman. She was extremely slow and seemed unsure of how to do her job. The service was inefficient and frustrating, and I felt like I was waiting around while she figured things out. I hope management addresses this and provides better training.

  Manager and staff are not welcoming made my pick up experience terrible, purposely told my order I made was the last hoodie mean while there were serval to make a simple experience very intense

  Today I went to the store I had a horrible experience, the employees are rude and I felt discriminated against because they looked at me from head to toe as if making fun of me, I entered the fitting rooms and the guy started to ask if everything was ok (sarcastically )as insinuating that i would steal something from thereMaybe, after that I returned the items that I was not going to buy and he didn't even receive them he made me put them on the table, please don't visit this place if you don't want to have a bad day

  Josie and Rita were super helpful for an exchange and assisted me with all my needs when it came to an exchange. I’m blessed to have this location near me so I don’t have to deal with the unreliable useless customer service phone number ! Thanks ladies for all your help !
