  Placed order on July 2 for delivery on July 3. Order was not delivered but credit card was charged. I called over 20 times and left several messages on the store’s phone but have not heard back as of July 8. Contacted corporate but issue is still not resolved. This order was for my neighbors family celebration of life and family was only in town for a few days so timing was critical. Very disappointed and embarrassed how Edible has handed this issue. My recommendation is do not order from Edible.

  Bad deliveries THREE times this year—I'm done. They delivered two Valentine’s bouquets in the middle of the night (around 9pm), and recipients woke up to dead flowers the day after. For Father's Day yesterday, they delivered someone else’s order entirely—wrong address, wrong name, wrong message, wrong product. So embarrassing. It also didn’t come until late in the day—and even if it was the right order (we ordered key lime pies not a fruit bouquet)—the fruit was sitting in juice. I tried calling multiple times and always sent to voicemail. The worst part (which I've seen others mention too) is loved ones thinking we forgot about them on their special day. Really unprofessional.

  My husband sent me roses and chocolate covered strawberries for our anniversary on May 17th 2026. Today is May 26th and these roses still look beautiful! The strawberries tasted like the chocolate was homemade. Wow I’m super impressed. We have been married 28 years and this by far was the best delivery ever!! Thank you for sending high quality products. Whatever he paid was worth it.

  5/29/26 UPDATE…. Still have not heard back from anyone and had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. This store should be ashamed of the way they conduct business. I placed an order for Mother’s Day and to this day the tracking still says the order has not been crafted by the store. They do not respond to my emails or phone calls. The worst part is my grandmother though I forgot about her on Mother’s Day. Where is my order?!? You had no problem charging my card $82 for 12 pieces of chocolate dipped fruit which is crazy over priced to begin with. However my grandmother is worth it. Can someone please follow up with your customers?!?
