I brought in an everday Casio G-Shock watch that had a recent battery replacement and was no longer making any sound. Ben talked to me about the watch and worked on it. Afterward, the watch started working properly. I’m grateful for Ben’s time and for both employees’ time and energy. I felt comfortable there, they were honest with me, and they were generous with their time and work—thank you!
