  I am absolutely shocked by the lack of professionalism displayed by the management at this location. On a recent Saturday night, about an hour before closing, I witnessed a female manager with glasses screaming at a customer. When the customer asked about a promotion, the manager literally yelled, “Do you think I print the coupons?!” It was completely uncalled for and embarrassing to watch. As a customer, witnessing that kind of toxic behavior makes for a horrible shopping environment. DSW corporate seriously needs to look into who they are letting run this store. Unacceptable.

  Terrible service! I came couple minutes before closing and this lady came up to me and my brother to tell us that they were ALL just waiting for us 2 to close, we get our shoes walk to the register when the same lady is telling people to come in, “that they still had two more minutes” I’m like wtv I get to the register and that lady tells me she isn’t taking cash, I ask if the register next to her was taking it, and she almost yelled at me that there was nobody there, that the lady was clocking out, I had to quite literally RUN a floor upstairs to borrow my friends card bc I had forgotten mine, when I get back I see the girl next to her ringing somebody else in cash. This lady had some favoritism towards some people and I really hope this store fixes this.
