  This is actually from almost two years ago, but I just found this letter! For my junior prom I had absolutely fell in love with a prom dress but left it behind, planning to come back for it if I was still set on it. When I did come back, my store no longer had the dress :/ I was very much in love with it and not willing to part without it. The closest store with this dress was Middletown Windsor (4 hours away from me). My mother was willing to drive to get the dress for me if it came down to it but the staff at this location were just so wonderful and worked hard to ship the dress down to Maryland! They went above and beyond what they needed to do, and I really was so grateful! Thank you so much, sorry for the SUPER late review!!

  Today I had to witness something utterly unpleasant and disrespectful. A young woman, who was with a child, was speaking to one of the staff members there about the importance of respect, when another woman who was completely rude stepped in and told her: "Leave. Bye. Have a nice day." She even told her that if she didn't leave, she would call security, raising her voice as if she were the owner of the store. The young woman left once the security guards arrived. I hadn't visited this place in a long time precisely because of that person whom I believe to be the manager as she is incredibly rude; she hasn't changed one bit, not even while being pregnant. I hope not to return as long as the same person is the manager.

  My family and I had the most horrible experience at this store and will never be back. We are from out of town and we came to celebrate my nieces 17th birthday and took her shopping at the mall to pick out gifts. We were followed around the store the entire time being watched and it was the most uncomfortable shopping experience. This same woman began speaking poorly about myself and my young nieces to another woman who worked there. They began to laugh and stare and we got so uncomfortable we bought one dress and left. My husband was so bothered he went in to speak with the manager in regard to us being made to feel uncomfortable. The manager that he spoke with was the woman who had been following us and making remarks. We were with young girls one of which who has social anxiety. This was unacceptable.

  I was looking for an outfit for my friends wedding and Yohannys & Rida helped out the best!!!!! They are amazing they need a raise!!!!! Absolute gems they know fashion in and out !!!!
