- RCRyan CJun 7, 20265.0I am extremely pleased with the experience I had at this store. I came in expecting a difficult situation and was very impressed by how helpful and patient the staff was. The associate (Peggy was the name on the receipt) was incredibly kind, and I genuinely felt that she wanted to help me. She spent a lot of time working through an issue for me, explained my options clearly, and I am very happy with the outcome. Good customer service feels hard to come by these days, especially in retail. I’ll definitely be coming back for future purchases and would highly recommend this store to others.
- MSMark StochAug 13, 20241.0Went to the mall specifically for this store. It never opened. I even went to NYBP for lunch, came back, and it still no one showed up to open the store.
- AHarafat hossainApr 10, 20211.0I was trying out sunglasses and the lady at the cash register told me if I wasn't going to buy anything I should get out because she wanted to close early. Terrible customer service. Will never buy anything from Sunglass Hut ever.
- HJharry d brown jrFeb 16, 20201.0Still trying to figure out how this money cleaning business isn't shut down. Either their rent is $10 a month, and their labor is free, or I'm missing something. I don't remember seeing anyone at the register buying sunglasses.
