- LCLydia CrossAug 20, 20191.0I received a pair of Versace sunglasses for my birthday mid July from my boyfriend, he bought the extended warranty for the sunglasses just Incase anything happened to them. I was on vacation and got hit in the face with a very light beach ball and they broke. I took the glasses back (less than a month after I received them) and asked for them to be repaired. The woman in the store looked at the glasses and said “I can not fix these” and sent us to lensCrafters to get them repaired. To make it clear the only thing broken on the glasses was one of the temples and seemed like a very easy repair. I was pushed around at the Sunglasses Hut and further pushed around at lensCrafters. This was extremely frustrating and my sunglasses are still broken. If you’re looking at getting a nice pair of sunglasses I would recommend turning around and finding somewhere else that will stay true to their warranty policy.
