- RCRyan CJun 7, 20265.0I am extremely pleased with the experience I had at this store. I came in expecting a difficult situation and was very impressed by how helpful and patient the staff was. The associate (Peggy was the name on the receipt) was incredibly kind, and I genuinely felt that she wanted to help me. She spent a lot of time working through an issue for me, explained my options clearly, and I am very happy with the outcome. Good customer service feels hard to come by these days, especially in retail. I’ll definitely be coming back for future purchases and would highly recommend this store to others.

There was only one other couple in the store and we had arrived first by several minutes, yet the other couple was approached? Typical "Mall" sales. We purchased a nice pair of Ray Ban sunglasses for my girlfriend and I would have looked for another pair of Oakley sunglasses for myself but tired of the poor service. I won't return.
