This used to be a very good store but has obviously fallen on hard times. The cashier told me that all jcp stores were purchased in December so maybe they will make a comeback

Thank you for your prompt response, one more recommendation, there is lots of beverages containers and garbage on top of the clothing rack due to the lack of garbage cans around the store, it will be a good idea to have on strategic places some garbage cans. Thank you!!
