- DDDavid DaisJul 7, 20225.0This is my favorite place to get clothes from. I usually shop online though, however I like how they allow me to return things back to the store. The only thing I wish was different was Express should allow customers to return their clothes at their outlet stores as well so we don’t have to drive as far. Made a return today and Erin and Jesse were both very friendly and helpful. Even though they didn’t have the shirt I needed in my size, Erin helped order a replacement for me at the same price with no extra shipping charge.
